Question   What to do when ‘Maximum script size exceeded’ message occurs in Config Manager (IVA line crossing)?   Answer   It was noticed that when setting an IVA rule (For example: only by 2 lines crossing) on the camera, Configuration Manager sends an error message: “Maximum script size exceeded. Task cannot be created” This behavior was encountered in Configuration Manager 7.61 and was visible in all cameras with any Firmware that can create a line crossing task in the VCA. Therefore, we would kindly ask you to upgrade Configuration Manager to version 7.62 or above. Question   What does mean the arrows in circle at the central logical tree in the BVMS Operator Client list?   Answer   The Central Server has a newer configuration and the Operator Client does not have the latest activation pushed from Configuration Client. This state only displays after a reestablished connection to the Management Server. All affected functions are back, but the configuration of the Operator Client is outdated due to a newer configuration available in the system. Log on again to update the configuration Therefore, please make sure that you have saved and activated the configuration by clicking on these buttons from Configuration Client:  And refresh/ reopen Operator Client again.   This information is also found in the Operation Manual (page 24) ... Question   Why 'is not possible to upgrade the software of this system Info file to a newer version' in BVMS?   Answer   The validity of the SMA date should cover the BVMS version release date you wish to upgrade to. Otherwise, the upgrade will not work and you will get the message "It is not possible to upgrade the software of this System Info file to a newer version". In case the software assurance has expired, order an SMA expansion for your system. Question   What is important to know about CPP6, 7 & 7.3 cameras that have delay or no live image in Alarm Management?   Answer   As you probably know, the recommended firmware for Alarm Management is listed in the release notes for each version of Alarm Management. If the CPP6, 7 and 7.3 cameras no longer have a live image or there is a delay in the image, and the Internet connection has been tested and is within normal parameters, it would be good to check if the cameras have the latest current firmware version 7.86.0020 The upgrade to this firmware can only be done from Remote Portal for cameras added in Remote Portal and Alarm Management for cameras added directly in Alarm Management.   This firmware version solves a 100% CPU load issue for CPP6, 7, 7.3 from firmware 7.82 to 7.86.19:    Nice to know: How to perform the Firmware upgrade for multiple cameras in Remote Portal?
