The history log should be used as a first resource to isolate the source of ongoing point or system troubles. When central station reports appear to conflict with panel operation, the history log will reveal the actual events which were processed by the panel.

Issue On 2000 series panel, point codes are programmed for points between 9 and 24. When programmed points are tested the keypad reads "PT(#) PT DISABLED (where # is the number of the point being tested). Solution Pt text (Point Text) was never changed from default that read "PT(#) PT DISABLED".
