Issue
The keypad displays the Access Module Door Point is in trouble. Diagnostics displays the point as missing.
Solution
T+ (Tamper Input) of the Access Module is an unsupervised input that is normal when open. Upon a short, the Door Point number assigned to the supervised zone of the Access Module is reported as a MISSING PT###.

Follow the below steps per the differant programming options:
RPS:
> Receive a copy of the panel
> Go into the User Interface
> Go into the Passcode Configuration and Installer Passcode section
> Change User Tamper Retry Count and User Tamper Lockout Time to 0
> Send record back to the panel, disconnect from RPS, and Reset the Panel.
KEYPAD PROGRAMMING:
> Lock down the installer pin
> Press CMD 41 and YOUR installer code. (Default is 6543)
> Press 8 to go into Programming Mode
> Type in Nibble 0381 CMD then 0 *
> Then press CMD and you will go to Nibble 0382 and now you will type 0 * again.
> After both of those are set to zero, you will now be able to release the installer pin
