Step-by-step guide:   1. Determine which type of FPD-7024 hardware in use. There are differences in network communications programming depending on which type is in use (see figure 1). Version 1.00-1.03 panel types are identified with words on panel keypads instead of Icons. Version 1.06+ panel types are identified with Icons on panel keypads instead of words.   2. Obtain the following parameters. Receiver IP Address and Port number. Panel account number. Supervision interval configured in central station’s network account for the panel.   3. The Number entry combines the receiver IP address and network supervision into a single location   4. Using the programming menu tree in figure 3 as a guide, follow the steps below to configure network communications in the version 1.03 or 1.06 panel type. Keypad Programming using menu tree Press 0 followed by the installer code (default= 9876) to access keypad programming. Save entries by pressing [ # ], or press star [ * ] to go back one level. Continue pressing star [ * ]  to exit programing. 5. Determine the number entry according to the panel type in use. Version 1.03 and earlier. Use 300 second supervision both in the panel configuration as well as the network account at central station. 300 second supervision= Ack=15seconds, Poll=180 seconds and communication attempts=5 (the number of communication attempts is entered in a later step). Combine the IP address and network supervision as described in table 1.   For example, enter the receiver IP address; 1 7 3. 8 4. 3 3. 8 2 as described in figure 4.   Version 1.06 and newer. Determine the network supervision to be used in the panel and in central station’s network account (up to 24hours). Combine the IP address and network supervision as described in table 2. The number of communication attempts is entered in a later step.   For example, enter the receiver IP address; 1 7 3. 8 4. 3 3. 8 2 using 24-hour supervision as described in figure 5.     6. Enter the receiver IP address and supervision interval. Press 6-Program Accounts. Press 1-PHONE/IP# 1. Press 1-Number. Enter the number from step 1. Press # to save. 7. Enter the receiver Port number. Press 2-PORT NUMBER. Enter the receiver port number. For example, Port 7700 is entered as 07700. Press # to save. 8. Enter the panel reporting format. Press 3-FORMAT. Select a reporting format and press # to save. 0- DISABLE 1- 3/1 REPORT 2- 4/2 REPORT 3- BFSK REPORT 4- SIA, 110 RPRT 5- CONTACT ID 6- SIA, 300 RPRT 7- MDM 3A2 (Modem) 9. Enter the panel account number. Press 4-ACCT NUMS. Ver. 1.03 and earlier: Enter the 4-digit account number and press # to save. Ver. 1.06 and newer: Enter the account number with leading zero’s, e.g. 0000001234 to fill all 10 digits. 10. **Version 1.06 only**  Select IP MOD Primary. Select 1 or 2 as described below for the address of the primary network communicator. This applies only when there are 2 communicators used for network communications. Question   What does mean the sand clock (hourglass) symbol showed in the Operator Client Logical tree?   Answer   The sand clock (hourglass) symbol indicates a camera to which a connection is being established and the meaning of it is mainly: “wait until finished”. Question   What to do if you need to apply the BVMS licenses again each time you shutdown your DIP 7000 AIO?   Answer   You should use the windows shutdown or restart button and let the server to end and turn off its processes. If there is an unexpected shut down (e.g. instant power cut), the unit might require some more time to restart and turn on all their services, so BVMS Central Server might start to early, when the HW ID is not correctly generated. In this case, you might be requested to apply the BVMS licenses again. Question   Where can I find the Camera Trainer menu in Config Manager for FLEXIDOME IP STARLIGHT 8000i camera?   Answer   Camera Trainer is now included in FW 7.84 and there is no need for a license. You should only upgrade your FLEXIDOME IP STARLIGHT 8000i camera and you will find the Camera Trainer tab available in CM. To access the “Camera Trainer” menu, go to VCA and you will find the tab there. Note: If Operation mode is set as Silent VCA, the Camera Trainer tab will be not visible. Therefore, change the Operation mode from Silent VCA to Profile 1. Note 2: Even that the profile #x is selected, some cameras might require to select one pre-position for the Camera Trainer to be displayed.    Therefore, after setting a pre-position, instead of selecting "Off" option, change the pre-position to the one you have configured and be sure that the Analysis type is set as "Intelligent Video Analytics".
