Question   What to do when the FLEXIDOME IP 3000i IR does not provide Analog stream or it provides a grey image?   Answer   First, check the camera by using a short cable and connect it to the DVR to find out if the physical connection (cable) is faulty. Find below mentioned 2 types of approved cables for FLEXIDOME IP 3000i IR camera: NBN-MCSMB-03M Cable, SMB to BNC, camera-cable, 0.3m 0.3 m (1 ft) analog cable, SMB (female) to BNC (female) to connect camera to coaxial cable Order number NBN-MCSMB-03M | F.01U.291.564 NBN-MCSMB-30M Cable, SMB to BNC, camera monitor/DVR 3 m (9 ft) analog cable, SMB (female) to BNC (male) to connect camera to monitor or DVR Order number NBN-MCSMB-30M | F.01U.291.565    Please note: When used in automatic mode, analogue output turns off as soon you use IP video   When selecting another Analog output format in the initialization menu, the output is permanently active  Select an aspect ratio format to activate the analog output of the camera Please try using a different base-frame rate of 25fps. Info: Button "MENU" Select Enabled to facilitate access to the install wizard via the menu button on the camera itself. Disable the HDR mode When the camera runs in HDR mode, the analog output menu cannot be used by pressing the local menu button. In this mode, pressing the menu button on the camera will switch on the analog output, pressing it once again will switch the analog output off. Aspect ratio and zoom and focus changes can only be done via IP in the FW configuration. 4:3 analog output mode is not possible in combination with HDR. Note: The Menu button on the camera is used for camera settings in the application variants “Starlight mode” (default) and “Starlight mode 1.3 MP”.   Possible causes and solution(s)   System Overview: DIVAR Hybrid & Axis cameras    Symptoms   The Axis cameras can be added to the DIVAR Hybrid system and the Live view can be seen for a moment, but when going back to the settings to see the cameras, they are no longer available and the live view is also paused. Additionally, an error message occurs on the physical monitor connected to the DIVAR, saying that the bitrate exceeds the capabilities of the DIVAR Hybrid 3000   Solution   Divar Hybrid 3000 + Axis Q1645 MKII Network camera (FW v9.80) Currently, it was noticed that this behavior could be fixed by downgrading the camera to an older firmware  Therefore, install FW - 8.40.8 on the Axis camera and add the camera manually to the DIVAR Hybrid Camera list. For information on Axis cameras firmware releases, visit the Axis webpage   Divar Hybrid 5000 + Axis camera M1132 Network camera (FW v9.80) We recommend you to follow the below steps to use your Axis camera with DIVAR Hybrid 5000 unit. 1. (advised to not use Dynamic "FPS" and "GOP" unless you sure its compatible with the Bosch device)   7. Access the Web Interface of your Axis camera > System> ONVIF> New user> Create an ONVIF with "Operator" rights.   8. Hang the back cover plate up on the wall: Mark and drill the screws on the walls and ceiling. Pull the UTP cable through the back cover plate and hang it up on the wall and ceiling.   2. Connect the Micro SD Card, Audio and 12 VDC/24 VAC: Insert the MicroSD card, Audio and 12 VDC/24 VAC into the camera module and connect the cable into the left grommet.   3. Connect the Ethernet cable: Pull the Ethernet cable through the grommet with the RJ-45 guider. and put the Ethernet cable in the PoE connection. 4. Secure the grommets: Secure the grommets and pull the cables through.   5. Click the camera module unto the back cover plate: Click the camera module onto the back cover plate. Click where the word 'Top' is written and where the triangular marks align. You should be hearing it click. 6. Screw the IR cover on the camera module: Screw the IR cover unto the camera module with the TR20 Allen Key. Make sure to align the IR connectors and red triangles. 7. Remove the plastic: Remove the plastic from the IR cover. 8. Screw the Face Plate: Secure the three screws of the face plate.
