Possible causes and solution(s)   Causes   Based on the symptoms of no steaming video, a blank diagnostic log and the message below in the logs, there could be a few possible problems. These would be internal hardware issues.   Blank Diagnostic log: This indicates a loss of communications between the System controller and the IP board. No streaming video: Could be either a camera block issue, or a problem in the transmission of the video between the camera block output to the input of the encoder. IP log message: The following message also indicates a problem with the video signal. GetSDVideoFormatType(): get current video format failed!   Solution   If you have a camera that shows image for a while and then crashes or sometimes it shows blue screen → first, you have to check if the unit has the correct boot-loader and if it is properly connected to the power supply.   If these 2 points are ok and the issue still persist and you found the 3 points above (1, 2, 3), please note that your camera will require an RMA.   Central Technical Support team could help you with the RMA process. DIVAR IP all-in-one 7000 3rd generation products allow for software installation packages to be imported directly during initial system setup. The following steps have to be performed in order to use an updated software installation package on a DIVAR IP all-in-one 7000 3rd generation video management appliance.   Step-by-step guide   The BVMS software installation on your DIP 7000 AiO Gen 3 will go like this:   Initial system setup   Download and unzip the software installation package (for example, DIP-73 Installer for BVMS 11.1.1 MR1) archive from  https://downloadstore.boschsecurity.com/index.php Copy the folder structure onto a USB drive, so that BoschAppliance folder is at the root level Note: make sure that complete folder structure is copied. Connect the USB drive to the DIVAR IP all-in-one 7000 system during initial setup, while logging in as BVRAdmin Proceed with the system setup until the DIVAR IP Software Center application is opened. Provide BVRAdmin user credentials.   In the Operation mode selection screens, choose the software version of the package that shall be installed on the system. Click Install button at the bottom of the page.   Depending on the selected Operation mode, the system might require several reboots. After reboot, log-in into the system and provide credentials to the DIVAR IP Software Center application. Question   Is it possible to add and see a BVMS 11 system running on a DIP in MVS webpage as unmanaged site?   Answer   "Unmanaged site" is only working in Operator Client.  If you are accessing the Operator Client you will see the unmanaged site without any issues. If you are logging in to MVS with the same user used in Operator Client, you cannot see the unmanaged site.   Additionally, you can refer to the BVMS Configuration Manual which states: "Devices can be grouped to unmanaged sites. Devices under unmanaged sites are not monitored by the Management Server. The Management Server provides a list of unmanaged sites to the Operator Client. The Operator can connect on demand to the site and gets access to live video data and recorded video data. Event and alarm handling is not available in the unmanaged site concept".  ... View more
