Our cloud services enable users to monitor, manage, record, and replay video security footage directly via the cloud from anywhere. It supports site managers, security operators, or operations staff to make quick decisions, especially from remote locations, to prevent events from escalating.
Remote Portal is the central platform for device management, maintenance, and service and software license activation. It allows users to connect all registered devices easily.
System integrators can log in with their account for remote access and maintenance and give their customers mobile access with a few clicks. Remote Portal supports Bosch cameras and DIVAR IP all-in-ones. Once connected, these devices can utilize Bosch software and applications
VideoView+ for DIVAR IP allows you to remotely monitor video footage from cameras connected to your DIVAR IP. It’s ideal for multi-site facilities, from mid-to-larger quantities of cameras per site, in need of local high-retention time, or RAID recording requirements. This is compatible with DIVAR IP all-in-one 4000, 5000, 6000, and 7000.

VideoView+ for DIVAR IP Prerequisites:
1. Administrator Single Sign-On (SSO) ID credentials for Remote Portal.
2. A supported DIVAR IP all-in-one, with:
- System Manager 2.3.2 or higher, - BVMS 12.0.1 or higher with up-to-date corresponding VRM version, - connected to Remote Portal.
3. A license for VideoView+ for DIVAR IP.
4. Video Security Client 3.7.2 or higher for viewing purposes.
In order to use VideoView+ for DIVAR IP, the Remote Portal account needs to utilize Single Sign-On (SSO) ID. Initially, a new Remote Portal account does not use this technology.

Step-by-step guide
1. Connecting a DIVAR IP to Remote Portal
Before connecting the DIVAR IP to Remote Portal, make sure the minimum software requirements are met;
System Manager 2.3.2 or higher
BVMS 12.0.1 or higher with up-to-date corresponding VRM version
The required update files can be found on our Download Store.

a) Login with SSO on Remote Portal, create a technical password and save it
How to create a technical password in Remote Portal?
b) On the DIVAR IP, open System Manager and connect the device to Remote Portal using the technical password created in step a).
Login into Windows on the DIVAR IP and open DIVAR IP System Manager from the DIVAR IP's Windows Desktop
Select the Remote Portal connection tab. To connect the DIVAR IP to Remote Portal, you need to use the Technical Password that you just generated it on the Remote Portal Website Fill in your Remote Portal username, retrieve the Technical Password and copy it into the Remote Portal password field Then click Connect button to connect the DIVAR IP to Remote Portal
Select which Company Account to connect the DIVAR IP to. As you can see, a Technician user cannot make this connection, this option being greyed out. Then click Connect
After clicking Connect, the connection will be made
It takes a short while for the status of the device to turn from Offline to Online
The DIVAR IP is now visible on the Remote Portal account and further features can be activated using the desired service licenses.
2. Acquiring a VideoView+ for DIVAR IP license
VideoView+ for DIVAR IP licenses can be bought through your regional Bosch sales representative.
VideoView+ for DIVAR IP offers 1 year license per DIVAR IP. Options are available to bundle up to 5 years at time of purchase.
CBS-MOBILE-DIP4 VideoView+ for DIP 4000, 1yr
CBS-MOBILE-DIP5 VideoView+ for DIP 5000, 1yr
CBS-MOBILE-DIP6 VideoView+ for DIP 6000, 1yr
CBS-MOBILE-DIP7 VideoView+ for DIP 7000, 1yr
Once the license(s) is/are purchased, you will receive an email with the license code(s). How to apply the license will be explained below.
3. Using the latest Video Security Client
VideoView+ for DIVAR IP uses Video Security Client on PC, or the app on iOS or Android for mobile devices. In this article we used the Video Security Client for PC, but a very similar experience can be found on your mobile app.
For iOS and Android, simply search the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for "Bosch Video Security" to find the app, or follow the links below.
For PC, follow the link from here to the Bosch Security and Safety Download Area, choose Apps & Tools > Video Security Client (VSC) to find the latest downloadable version.
Version 3.7.2 or higher is required for VideoView+ for DIVAR IP.
4. Adding and activating licenses
a) Select the Service Licensing tab

b) Click Add licenses in the lower right corner
c) Open the email which includes the license codes and copy the full email or the license information between the dashes lines and paste it in the Add licenses textbox. Then click Save.
Check if all licenses are accounted for and click OK
d) Now, select the Systems tab
e) Click on the DIVAR IP you want to assign the license for
f) Then select the DIVAR IP and under the Services menu click Activate Service from the VideoView+ for DiVAR IP section
g) Select the VideoView+ license and click Next *Auto-Renew of service will automatically activate an available license on the account, if available, after the expiration of the current license to reactivate this service.
Click the radio button to agree to the terms and conditions and click Save.
h) Click Skip for now and let's add a new user. Afterwards we'll continue configuring the VideoView+ for DIVAR IP
5. Adding users and giving access
You have to be logged in as Administrator
a) Go to the User Management tab
b) Click the "..." button in the bottom-right corner and choose which user type you want to add. In this case, we'll choose to add a Technician user.
c) Invite the new user through its email address by typing it in the E-mail field and click Save.
*The invitation needs to be accepted by the user and he must convert his account to utilize Single Sign-On (SSO) ID
How to convert the Remote Portal account to Single Sign-On ID (SSO: SingleKey ID)?
d) Now, select Systems tab, select your DIVAR IP > select Services menu and click Configure Service under the VideoView+ for DIVAR IP
Here you can add the Technician account, after changing it to Single Sign-On ID, to receive access to the VideoView+ for DIP service.
Once you thick the box next to the Technician account, it will be displayed in the Individual Users list. Click Save after adding the user account.
6. Logging into the system remotely using Video Security Client
Now, you should follow the steps as explained in this article:

⚠️ Make sure that the login into Remote Portal is done by using Single Sign-on option.
After logging in the Video Security Client/ App, select your DIVAR IP and add the BVMS credentials for this DIVAR IP and click Retry.
Now, you have access to your DIVAR IP AIO through the Video Security Client/ App via Bosch Remote Portal:
Troubleshooting
If you are not able to login in VSC/ App and you receive the error “The site was not found. Check if the gateway is running and connected to the network”, you need to activate the “Remote System Management” Service.
By activating this service, it will result in the Connectivity, Services, and Updates status bar from the Remote Portal to light up green, it allows you to see your cameras and you will be able to login in VSC/ App.
