The browser supported by Bosch cameras depends on the CPP that camera belongs to and on the Firmware version the camera has.. In web browsers that do not support MPEG-ActiveX, VCA configuration is only possible via Configuration Manager.

Remote VCA configuration through the camera's device page (website) now can be performed with Bosch Configuration Manager version 7.60 and later.

We would kindly ask you to upgrade Configuration Manager to version 7.62 or above. In version 7.62, several VCA issues are fixed.

Can I mask areas that should not trigger an alarm (e.g. false detection due to sun reflection)?

We found that there was a change in the way intelligent tracking worked after CPP 7.3 firmware v7.62.0005. With these changes if an object triggered an alarm that turned on intelligent tracking, the camera would not track the object. It would wait for another object to trigger an alarm to track it.

The Image Stabilization cannot be used in combination with VCA tasks, with the various MIC-7100i models. Turning Off the image stabilization will solve this behavior.
