This article provides steps regarding how to create an user and connect the Bosch Site Monitor App to Cloud VMS.

To be able to configure Customer Traffic Report service the Bosch IP camera needs to support Intelligent Video Analytics or Essential Video Analytics.

This behavior was fixed with the version 2.0.6 of Cloud VMS Diagnosis module. In case the "Service Usage (Latest)" > "Service Usage Details" does not provide results, the browser cache needs to be cleared or a private browser window needs to be used.

Cloud VMS has a split user management. The users are created in Cloud VMS related to what they are allowed to access in the system.
