How can I create an user and connect the Bosch Site Monitor App to Alarm Management?
Once you have added cameras to Alarm Management and you have configured the desired services within Alarm Management (such as Smart Notification), you should create a mobile user to be used within Bosch Site Monitor App.
1. For user creation, you have to access the company from Alarm Management (1) > go to Account Users (2) > click on the + button (3) > type in the user details, set the actions that the user will be able to perform and add the Sites where the user will have access (4) > click Create (5)
2. The user will receive the e-mail containing the credentials and the Server Address that must be filled in within the Bosch Site Monitor App:
3. Open the Bosch Site Monitor App and enter the credentials and the Server Address received in the e-mail from Bosch Cloud based Security and Services and click Login
