This article gives you the solution when the link to Remote Portal from BVMS v11.0 License Manage is redirecting to the 404 Not Found page

When a user decides to use SingleKey ID (SKID) or an integrated customer IDP (company account) as the authentication method for Bosch Remote Portal or Alarm Management a technical password will be required to login to other applications that do not support SingleKey ID or any other IDP. In the following, it is explained how to create a technical password and how to use it with an application like for example Bosch Configuration Manager or Bosch Project Assistant app, that does not support SingleKey ID or any other IDP.

If you want to change the time zone in the export, you need to add / subtract the difference (offset) to local time zone in post-processing e.g. in MS Excel or MS Access.

Please configure the same time zone on the PC, download the Remote Portal activation file again and then you will be able to load it into Config Client and license the system.

When trying to get the Software Assurance Report from Remote Portal, it cannot be generated, and the red message below occurs: “Upload a valid system info file or Enter a valid System fingerprint”. Why?

The company & the username on the Assurance Report can be changed from user settings in Remote Portal.
