    By extracting the playback in the MOV or MP4 format using BVMS Operator Client, the video is split into multiple files and not in a single file/ segment. This behavior became visible after upgrading BVMS to version 11.1.1.65.

    The BVRAdmin password is a password for a Windows user and needs to be changed accordingly, from Windows settings. Please be aware that if you have BVMS installed on your DIVAR, it is important to change in BVMS Configuration Client the iSCSI target password after this was changed for BVRAdmin user.

    Are you searching for a specific Firmware/Software version and unsure of what to expect when contacting Central Technical Support? Verify if the requested FW/SW version is publicly available or not. If publicly available, they will provide you with the download link for the SW/FW version (e.g.  Download Store or Product Catalogue) If NOT publicly available then, the Central Technical Support team will internally check and depending on the SW/FW version an approval must be requested. The request can be approved or rejected by internal Bosch department. In both cases, you will be informed. Depending on the requested older/special FW/SW versions that are not available on our Download Store website, the following steps could be taken: Central Technical Support will provide you with the "Legacy SW/FW Request Form". You will be required to sign and fill in the "Legacy SW/FW Request Form" with all necessary details and return it to Central Technical Support. The Central Technical Support team will verify whether the form is filled in and signed with all the required details. All information provided on the form must be approved by internal Bosch department before the requested FW/SW version is provided.     Bosch requires the installer to provide the specified power mentioned on the product spec sheet and labels. While taking into consideration the POE standards. Bosch doesn't support out-of-spec operation of our cameras as we cannot guarantee proper functionality in such circumstances. Thus, we will not be providing out-of-spec voltage or power values at this stage.

    This behavior is mentioned in the release notes and as a workaround you can separate the cameras into different groups. For example, if you have cameras in 2 different locations, it would be actually better to separate the cameras in 2 groups. But please be informed that by doing so, you will not be allowed to view them all together.
