Starting with BVMS 11.0, the license activation is done via Bosch Remote Portal. A transfer of the license from the Bosch Software License Manager System (SLMS) to the Bosch Remote Portal is required for every BVMS system to be upgraded from 10.1 to 11.0

In terms of license activation process and compared to other versions of BVMS (<v11.0), the Bosch Remote Portal replaces the Bosch Software License Manager System (SLMS), starting with BVMS v11.0.

In this section you can find details on what information is required during the troubleshooting process to successfully identify a unit in terms of model number, firmware version and unique identifiers. What is also very important always for the troubleshooting is the DIVAR Service log. In addition to that, in some situations network captures from the DIVAR may also be required.  

An object moving or a low/ higher contrast scene can throw off the autofocus option, resulting in a soft focus or even not focus at all. Using manual focus is an obvious solution, but manual focus isn’t exactly easy to get sharp images. Manual focus requires a bit of know-how and some practice to get right.
