    Answer Web Browsers: o Google Chrome o Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or higher o Microsoft Edge (Chromium based) o Mozilla Firefox   Important: When using browsers where Mpeg ActiveX is required → VCA, clock & date and recording dot point may not work. For a complete browser functionality, Mpeg ActiveX 6.34 or newer is needed and it is supported only by   Internet Explorer (IE). This is the only browser that allows the VA configuration option (for e.g.).   If you would like to avoid using IE and you want to   configure VA, it is recommended to   use Configuration Manager. According to the Release Letter, Configuration Manager is used for configuration and licensing of the various products. It includes Video SDK 6.3 and latest plug-ins for   VCA configuration. You can Download it from   here.   If you use Firefox, the issue below might arise. In this situation, IE browser/ CM is recommended to be used in order to access the missing elements. Firefox does not allow ActiveX elements . Therefore, some features are missing inside the webpage. Note: VCA related check boxes is fixed in 7.80 for Microsoft Edge. (7.80.0128 Release Letter)

Moreover, please make sure that the date displayed on the Live monitor matches the date you requested the password reset. In this example, the CPP for FLEXIDOME IP panoramic 5000 MP camera is CPP4:   2.  You can find the CPP of your camera on the web page by entering the IP address of it.     What happens when you upgrade the SW of your Management Server form e.g. BVMS 10.0 to BVMS 10.1 and you have not prepared a BVMS 10.1 activation key beforehand? => The System will be unlicensed and Operator Client will not be able to connect to the MS as long the new BVMS 10.1 activation key is not provided to the system via Config-Client. Therefore,   performing the steps from this article is absolutely necessary.

    Question   Which are the RTSP request URLs of SONY cameras for getting live stream?   Answer   The URL for RTSP stream (for example in VLC Media Player) should have the following format: rtsp://IP/media/video1 or for Stream 2:   rtsp://IP/media/video2 or in case credentials are needed:   rtsp://user:password@IP/media/video1 Note:   If you cannot access one of the streams , the likely cause for this issue is that the stream is not enabled in the video codec settings.  Solution: SNC-DH140: In the web interface, go to Setup > Camera, and in the video codec Tab, Verify Image 2 Codec is not off.     Question Why I cannot see my camera in the Logical Tree from Operator Client? Answer Please make sure that you have done all the steps below accordingly. Normally, to be able to view a camera in the Operator Client, you need to: Go to the Maps and Structure tab from Configuration Client. Drag and drop the camera in question from the Device Tree to the Logical Tree. Save and Activate the changes. This step is very important because otherwise, you will not be able to see the changes in Operator Client, even though the first 2 steps were carried out in Configuration Client.

    In the past (prior to Windows Server 2012 R2), in order to perform NIC Teaming, we would have needed two adapters which were from the same vendor, and a third-party software that would make the teaming possible and present the OS with just one “virtual” network card.Now from Windows Server 2012 R2 and up, this is built-in and its hardware agnostic. This means you can use whatever network cards you want and the teaming will work like a charm.

    The haneWIN DHCP server software implements a DHCP and BOOTP server based on RFC 2131. The DHCP Server is implemented as a native service for background operation, A Control Panel applet provides interactive access to the service. The server supports automatic DNS updates for DHCP configured clients. The latest version is available and can be downloaded from here. According to the Installation Manual of the DIVAR IP 7000/ 6000: All DIVAR IP systems are preconfigured with default network, user and iSCSI settings. By default, the virtual network adapter (the two physical NIC ports are teamed by default) is configured to obtain a valid network address from a DHCP server in the local network. The haneWIN DHCP server software supports multiple address pools for dynamic IP address assignment as well as fixed IP address assignment to clients.
