    When trying to open the SuperDoctor app, the default browser opening is Internet Explorer and the login page is not showing up. "This site is not secure" message occurs and there is no possibility to continue to the localhost.

    Starting from July 2024, it will not be possible to commission new devices via MAC address (Device Layer). Running devices remain untouched until end of life of Device Layer, but new commissioning will be only possible with Remote Portal devices from then on.

    The BVRAdmin password is a password for a Windows user and needs to be changed accordingly, from Windows settings. Please be aware that if you have BVMS installed on your DIVAR, it is important to change in BVMS Configuration Client the iSCSI target password after this was changed for BVRAdmin user.

    Global VCA under the VCA task in Configuration Manager is used from default on the camera (with no specific configured VCA Rules). VCA Profile: Global (from Positioning) is used to set the same height of the camera for all VCA profiles.

    Bosch requires the installer to provide the specified power mentioned on the product spec sheet and labels. While taking into consideration the POE standards. Bosch doesn't support out-of-spec operation of our cameras as we cannot guarantee proper functionality in such circumstances. Thus, we will not be providing out-of-spec voltage or power values at this stage.

    This behavior is mentioned in the release notes and as a workaround you can separate the cameras into different groups. For example, if you have cameras in 2 different locations, it would be actually better to separate the cameras in 2 groups. But please be informed that by doing so, you will not be allowed to view them all together.

    Unsupported camera model: Auto-calibration is currently not supported for this camera model. Calibration could produce wrong results or might not work. Why is this message displayed in Configuration Manager?

    You can lock the control of a PTZ camera for other users. A user with a higher priority can take over the control and lock the camera control. A timeout can be configured for this explicit PTZ locking. If you only take over the control without manually locking it before, the control is locked for the user with lower priority for 5 seconds.

    In this scenario, an alarm button is connected to the Adam unit and when this input is activated (close or open), a full screen camera image shows on the display. The display is always logged in the Operator Client for live camera view on the DIVAR IP 7000 AIO.
