Regular BVMS 12.1 installer will not run on any DIVAR IP all-in-one platform. The upgrade shall be performed via DIVAR IP System Manager application. Usually, we recommend to upgrade BVMS in steps. Each version should not be more than ~two years apart. This prevents potential issues in the upgrade process.
The Image Stabilization cannot be used in combination with VCA tasks, with the various MIC-7100i models. Turning Off the image stabilization will solve this behavior.
The internal logs are directly located in the folder C:\ProgramData\Bosch\VMS\Log and then are named like "CameoSdkLog_Instance1.txt.0". To activate the Cameo SDK logging, the "Init" button has to be pressed after setting the checkbox "Internal logging" and entering an instance name - then logging is activated with the given instance name (e.g. "Instance1").

Using the Internet Explorer 11, there is video from all 4 channels in configurator and event monitor, but audio from the camera is present only on channel 1. Since Internet Explorer 11 is EoL, this behavior will not be changed/ improved.
Please note that the relay output of the IO Alarm card is a dry contact relay (with 24VAC/VDC, 5 A). In order to control another circuit that has a 230V you can't do that directly because its higher than it was design for. In order to safety control a 230V, you could use a 24V on that output and control an additional/external relay: powering its coil this relay could switch the 230 circuit of the washer.
