    The internal logs are directly located in the folder C:\ProgramData\Bosch\VMS\Log and then are named like "CameoSdkLog_Instance1.txt.0".  To activate the Cameo SDK logging, the "Init" button has to be pressed after setting the checkbox "Internal logging" and entering an instance name - then logging is activated with the given instance name (e.g. "Instance1").

    According to the DIP Whitepaper, the unit supported 128 channels before upgrading. After upgrade to BVMS >= 11.0, having the MBV-BPLU-DIP base, the channels licenses limit is 256 channels

    By default, the DIVAR IP all-in-one 7000 devices are intended to operate with one or two local monitors, connected to HDMI interfaces on the rear of the unit. If NO HDMI is connected, then iKVM over BMC port is active and available. In this case, it is supported to remove VGA cover and use it as local admin monitor, not to run the Operator Client.

    If you have for example a DIVAR 7000 AIO as central BVMS server and also, on the same network, you have a DIVAR Network Video Recorder (NVR) to which cameras are connected to and recording, the recording is typically handled by the NVR itself. Therefore, in this case the cameras added on the NVR will continue recording only there because the NVR manages the recording and storage of video footage from them.

    If the ‘decoder offline’ message occurs during the FW upgrade from 54.7 to 54.8,  try to use another version of Configuration Manager, or remove the password temporarily.

    If you will try to use these languages as name stamp for Bosch cameras, it will display squares or not the word/s itself at all. This is not a bug or a fault, Hebrew & Thai characters are not available for the on-screen display.

    Limited user is available on DIVAR IP all-in-one 4000, if the unit has HDDs inside. Every setup with DIVAR IP System Manager, on any DIP (AIO 7000 GEN 3, AIO 4000, AIO 5000, AIO 6000) that is "00N" (without HDDs) will fail and result in a lack of a "limited user" and "kiosk mode", if you do not insert the HDDs and perform the necessary steps from the manual.
